Shipping Information:

SHIPPING: All items are shipped manufacturer direct.

Please allow 2–3 weeks for unpainted parts & 3–4 weeks for painted parts orders to be shipped.

All Items shipped via FedEx Ground unless noted otherwise. Tracking numbers will be emailed directly to you at the time in which your order is shipped.

Items damaged during transit must be reported & a claim must be made within 7 days by calling 800 GO FEDEX – This is the sole responsibility of the buyer and failure to do so will only hinder our ability to help you as quickly as possible in any such unfortunate circumstance(s).

In the event that ANYTHING including parts, pieces, Bolts, nuts, install guide, etc is found missing from your order please notify us by email or phone immediately or within 48HRS of receipt - NO EXCEPTIONS. Buyer must allow Imperial Distribution / ICT 1-2 weeks to ship any missing & or service parts etc.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

IMPERIAL DISTRIBUTION RETURN POLICY GUIDELINES: IMPERIAL DISTRIBUTION / Imperial Composite Technology, permits returns only within the first seven calendar days of receipt. ANY & or ALL returns are subject to a 20% Re-stocking fee.

We do not accept returns on merchandise that has been modified, drilled, painted, sanded, etc.

ALL Items must be well packed & returned on the same carrier in which they arrived.

Buyers are responsible for any and all freight cost associated with returned merchandise unless said merchandise is deemed to be defective by Imperial Distribution / ICT or it is decided otherwise by seller.

Replacement of parts or Refund will be the sole determination of Imperial Distribution / ICT.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN RGA# OBTAINED BY CALLING Imperial Distribution / ICT at 816.665.4171

Buyer is responsible for ALL or ANY freight cost associated with initial purchase(s), returns or warranty procedures; unless said defect & or parts are under recall from Imperial Distribution / ICT.

Digital pictures may be requested in order to grant returns and or warranty claims & the original file with time and date stamp will be required – NO PRINTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

PURCHASER'S OBLIGATION: Prior approval must be obtained and Return Authorization Number issued for returns. Return authorization number must appear on all paper work and packaging. NOT FOLLOWING THESE PROCEDURES WILL DISQUALIFY ANY & ALL RETURNS of SAID PURCHASE(S).

Imperial Distribution / ICT will not be bound by any promises, representation or warranties made by any dealer, retailer or other person that is not contained in this return policy.

Prior to initial contact with Imperial Distribution / ICT, policy requires our customers to have available the following information from the dealer/claimant (if needed: Dealer name, address phone number and contacting party; the model, year, mileage, serial number and color of the unit; the type and cause of the problem. It may also be required to send digital picture files of defective area to Imperial Distribution / ICT for inspection prior to an RGA being issued. It is our sole desire to handle all returns& related issues efficiently & quickly. Please follow our return guidelines to assure prompt handling.
