ICT 2YR/24K Warranty
DESCRIPTION OF WARRANTY: IMPERIAL DISTRIBUTION / Imperial Composite Technology, warrants any Body Kit we manufacture, that the fiberglass structure & or paint of these parts will be free from defects in material and workmanship during normal use and when installed in a proper manner.
This warranty shall be in effect for a period of 24 months or 24,000 miles; whichever comes first, from the date of the original retail purchase. ALL purchasers must fill out and submit online registration at www.imperialdistribution.net Failure to do so may void your products warranty.
Buyer is responsible for ALL or ANY freight cost associated with warranty procedures; unless said defect is a known defect and is under recall from Imperial Distribution / ICT.
EXCLUSIONS FROM WARRANTY: 1. If the Imperial Distribution / ICT fiberglass parts are not properly installed; and/or, 2. If the Imperial Distribution / ICT fiberglass parts have been removed and reinstalled; and/or, 3. If any defect, malfunction or damage is caused by accident, normal wear (i.e., rock chips, etc.), improper installation, installation of accessories, alterations, unreasonable use, off road use, vandalism, abuse, acts of God or application of abrasive or strong chemical cleaners.
IMPERIAL DISTRIBUTION/ ICT’S OBLIGATION UNDER LIMITED WARRANTY: If during the applicable warranty period, the Imperial Distribution / ICT fiberglass component is found by the Imperial Distribution / ICT to be defective due to materials of workmanship, Imperial Distribution / ICT shall have the option to repair or replace the original part without charge Imperial Distribution / ICT will pay up to a maximum of $60.00 per side, i.e., driver's or passenger, for repair (which includes paint, repairs, installation and/or labor) of said fiberglass components in the first 12 months/ 12,000 miles, whichever comes first, only. After 12 months/12,000 miles, whichever comes first, replacement of unfinished components only.
This warranty gives specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
PURCHASER'S OBLIGATION: ALL purchasers must fill out and submit online registration at www.imperialdistribution.net Failure to do so may void your products warranty.
Prior approval must be obtained and Warranty Authorization Number issued for all claims. Warranty authorization number must appear on all claims submit. NOT FOLLOWING THESE PROCEDURES WILL DISQUALIFY ANY AND ALL CLAIMS.
ICT will not be bound by any promises, representation or warranties made by any dealer, retailer or other person that is not contained in this warranty.
Prior to initial contact with Imperial Distribution / ICT , policy requires our customers to have available the following information from the dealer/claimant (if needed: Dealer name, address phone number and contacting party; the model, year, mileage, serial number and color of the unit; the type and cause of the problem. It may also be required to send photographs of defective area to Imperial Distribution / ICT for inspection. It is Imperial Distribution / ICT desire to handle all warranty claims & procedures efficiently. Please follow our warranty procedures to assure prompt handling. Imperial Distribution / ICT closely monitors our warranty repairs in order to determine if there is any known manufacturer’s defect. Should it become apparent that there is a consistent warranty problem, actions will be taken to correct said defect used in this product immediately. Please be sure authorization numbers are on replacement orders before submitting. Items returned without the Return goods authorization numbers clearly & visibly marked on the packaging will be refused.
